1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order it, the information will be indicated on your order form.
2. Delivery Address
The order will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.All orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse located in Laval.Delivery personnel is not authorized to leave an order at the address indicated on the invoice if nobody can sign for the order.
3. Delivery terms
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your purchase. This period is used to accept and approve your order by the credit department. Depending on the region of delivery as well as the time at which your order is placed on our site, the standard delivery time is 1 to 7 working days following the shipment of your order from our warehouse.
Deilvery takes place from Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays. Delivery deadlines are only of an indicative nature and are calculated from the order date. They may only serve as a guideline and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department.

4. Shipping Fees
A fixed shipping fee applies to all orders and will be calculated at checkout.
Sales taxes are charged according to the province or territory where the order is delivered.
5. Items Damaged in Transport
If packages or items are damaged in any way upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 1-800-361-1978.
Online Order Status
- PENDING: Your order will be processed within a reasonable time.
- CS WITHHELD: Your order is pending acceptance.
- CREDIT APPR: Your order is pending approval by the credit department.
- IN PREPARATION: Your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
- CHARGED: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to being delivered or has already been delivered.
